Michael Rothacker is a tenacious litigator who has a particular interest in prosecuting claims using the state and federal nursing home regulations designed for the safety of residents. He is known for his energy, attention to detail, and his relationship-building with clients.
Michael sees helping people in one of the most difficult times of their lives as a solemn responsibility and a privilege. Since the beginning of his practice, he has focused on helping victims of nursing home abuse and neglect — and seriously injured Kentuckians — secure the justice they deserve.
Michael graduated a year early with a B.S. in Political Science from Campbellsville University in 2014, earning the William E. Bennett Award for top student in his major. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate a semester early from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2019. During law school, he served on the Trial Advocacy Board and was selected as Best Oral Advocate.
